With the vision of penetrating the entire value chain of sectors we operate in, Bare Investments is a fully serviced Events and Property Developments company that was founded in 2018 by Ashley Mc Nab and Valontino James under the name Bare Collective in Cape Town, South Africa.
What began as a creative studio soon evolved into a branded house of multidisciplinary services spanning events, lifestyle products, property, cleaning, security, and transport.
In 2020, Ashley and Valontino returned to Namibia, where they launched Bare Essentials, a luxury lifestyle brand specialising in home fragrances and sensory-driven experiences. By 2023, Bare Events emerged as a trusted partner for leading corporates, delivering high-impact brand activations and bespoke celebrations. That same year, Bare Properties opened its first student residence — FiftyOne on Johann Albrecht Street — expanding in 2024 with Fourteen on Osler Street. In 2025, the group further diversified with Bare Cleaning & Security, serving both private and government sectors.
